Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Show no signs of wear, stretching, or leather creasing.
Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and product quality, the following items are exempt from returns:

Gift cards.
Customized or personalized leather goods (e.g., monogrammed items).
Leather care products that have been opened or used.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Restocking Fee: None — we don’t charge a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Sale Items

Regular-priced and sale/discounted items are both eligible for return and refund under the same 30-day policy.

7. Exchanges & Sizing

We’re happy to replace items that are defective, damaged, or that need a different size. To request an exchange, email us at info@glovesatelier.com and mail your item to the return address below.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
