Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not show signs of wear, stretching, or leather creasing. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To ensure hygiene and quality, certain items are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Customized or personalized leather goods (e.g., monogrammed items)
Leather care products (if opened or used)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping & Fees
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee ($0.00).
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Sale Items
Both regular-priced items and sale/discounted items are eligible for returns and refunds under the same 30-day policy.
Exchanges & Sizing
