No hidden fees

Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders received before 9:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after shipment.

Total delivery time: 1–3 business days from the order date.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your package at any time via the link in the email or directly on our website.

Shipping Providers

We ship exclusively with DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Delivery to multiple addresses within a single order is not possible.

If you would like delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding shipping costs). For redelivery, please place a new order.

Address Change

Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

During this period, please handle the product and packaging with care.

You can easily register your return via your customer account at info@glovesatelier.com. You will automatically receive further instructions there.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the costs of returns or exchanges.

For defective or faulty products, info@glovesatelier.com
covers the return shipping costs.
